Biol., 83(5), 43, 25 pp (2021)) proposed and studied a periodic reaction-diffusion model of Zika virus with seasonality and spatial heterogeneous structure in host and vector populations. They found the basic reproduction ratio R0, which is a threshold parameter. In this short paper we shall use the upper and lower solutions method to study the model of [5] with Neumann boundary conditions replaced by general boundary conditions.
