This manuscript is inspired by the recommendations of the User Advisory Council established in the documents ''Criterios de evaluación de propuestas por parte del NTAC'' (National Time Allocation Committee), ''Consideraciones básicas para la presentación de propuestas Gemini'', and in experiences of members of the NTAC. |
