contents This study investigates the influence of various growth parameters on normal-state resistivity and superconducting transition temperature Tc of granular aluminum films. Specifically, we focus on the effects of oxygen flow and aluminum evaporation rate during the growth process conducted at different substrate temperatures, from 300 K down to 25 K. We report systematic correlations between the growth conditions, the normal-state resistivity, and Tc. Furthermore our findings provide insights into optimizing the superconducting characteristics of granular aluminum.
