contents This dissertation addresses the challenge of ensuring transactional integrity and reducing costs in corporate governance through blockchain technology. We propose an on-chain methodology for certifying, registering, and querying institutional transactional status. Our decentralized governance approach utilizes consensus mechanisms and smart contracts to automate and enforce business rules. The framework aims to reduce the transaction costs associated with contractual measurement reports and enhance overall transactional integrity. We provide a detailed exploration of how blockchain technology can be effectively harnessed to offer a robust solution to these challenges, setting the stage for our proposed solution and its potential impact on corporate governance. The application of the methodology resulted in as average of 2% overbilling reduction.
