contents Facing the physical limitations and energy consumption bottlenecks of traditional electronic devices, we propose an innovative design framework integrating evolutionary algorithms and metasurface technology, aiming to achieve intelligent inverse design of photonic devices. Based on a constructed high-dimensional evolutionary algorithm framework, a four-layer metasurface cascade regulation system was developed to realize the full optical physical expression of half-adder logic functions. This algorithm enables global optimization of 10000 unit parameters and can be extended to the design of more complex functional devices,thereby promoting goal-oriented and functional customization development
