contents The paper describes the state of the installation based on the linear accelerator LUE-40 after restoration in 2023. Additional devices have been developed and created to conduct nuclear physics research. The main beam parameters are given. The electron energy range has been expanded and is currently 16-95 MeV with an average beam current of up to 6 $μ$A. The main areas of scientific research are described and the results are presented.
