contents Efficient coupling of light from an optical cavity to a single-mode fiber is required in a range of quantum technologies. In this work we consider the coupling of a high-finesse macroscopic Fabry-Pérot (FP) cavity to a single-mode fiber using a metalens. We perform sensitivity analysis with respect to longitudinal and transverse misalignment errors. We then detail a fiber-coupled cavity at 1650 nm using a monolithic cryo-compatible assembly incorporating a metalens.
