contents In this brief note we present the off-shell superspace formalism for Ali-Ilahi's $(0, 4)$ supersymmetric ADHM instanton linear sigma model in harmonic superspace. Ali-Ilahi's model is dual to the $(0, 4)$ supersymmetric ADHM instanton linear sigma model constructed by Witten in 1995.
