contents We consider generalizations of the drifted Laplacian and the Bakry-Émery-Ricci tensor, and we prove a version of the mean curvature comparison theorem. Consequently, we prove a Myers-type theorem and a generalization of the Cheeger-Gromoll splitting theorem.
