| contents | Known method of fibrous oxides production (first of all, V2O5) by intensive stirring in water is treated in the frame of driven systems approach developed in 80s by Georges Martin et al for systems under irradiation or severe plastic deformation. Instead of ballistic diffusion, the ballistic detachments of atoms from the oxide surface under stirring are introduced. Simplified Monte Carlo scheme is suggested for crystal evolution within TLK model, taking into account anisotropy and additional athermal detachment probabilities. Individual cluster in limited volume becomes elongated in steady-state or dissolve. For the ensemble of clusters, the number is decreasing (as in common ripening), but the mean length of fibers grows, as well as the total surface energy (contrary to common ripening). |
