contents Magnonic devices exhibit strong amplitude-dependent nonlinearities, which are detrimental to signal integrity in radio-frequency (RF) signal processing applications. They also limit the power that such magnonic devices may process. In this paper we use micromagnetic simulations to characterize the nonlinearity of magnonic RF devices by investigating their intermodulation distortion (specifically third-order intermodulation products, IP$_3$ ). The IP$_3$ is a commonly used metric for RF components in communication systems and allows direct comparison with state-of-the-art electrical counterparts.
