contents In this paper, we extend our method [1] for FMCW radar mutual interference mitigation (IM) based on the discrete fractional Fourier transform (DFrFT). Firstly, we propose a radar signal processing chain including our DFrFT-based IM for real-valued receivers, which we compare to reference algorithms on a synthetic data set. We then reduce computational complexity by reformulating DFrFT-based IM in terms of sparse update signals, which enables mitigation of multiple interferences simultaneously. Finally, we conduct a case study on measurement data and show that our method is compatible with real-world environments.
