contents We investigate neutrinoless double beta ($0νββ$) decay within an extended Standard Model framework based on the $SU(3)_C\otimes SU(3)_L\otimes SU(3)_R \otimes U(1)_X$ gauge symmetry, commonly referred to as the filliped trinification model. Following a concise overview of the theoretical structure, we derive expressions for the effective Majorana mass and half-life associated with the dominant decay channels. A comprehensive numerical analysis is then carried out, accompanied by a discussion of the phenomenological implications.
