FACTORS IN DETERMINING STANDARDS ARE 1) ROOM USE IN TERMS OF HOURS PER WEEK, 2) PERCENT OF STATION OCCUPANCY WHEN ROOMS ARE IN USE, AND 3) SPACE PER STUDENT.
