Attendees at the meeting included representatives from the libraries receiving MARC records, several departments of the Library of Congress, the Council on Library Resources, the National Science Foundation, and the President's National Advisory Commission on Libraries. This report consists of summaries of talks and discussion by conference participants. (JB)
