Section III is confined to statewide (1) teacher associations; (2) elementary, secondary, and higher education associations; (3) associations of school administrators and school boards; and (4) parent-teacher and library associations. Section IV contains a brief list of national and regional foundations known to be sponsoring educational projects. Section V lists education associations under religious control.
