The guidelines given for adequate Federal library service are arranged in three closely related categories: (1) organization and management, (2) library resources and (3) library services. In addition to these services, each agency should define the extent of library service it is willing to provide to other agencies as part of a cooperative network of Federal library resources. (NH) |
