Some of the most important questions which are discussed are the following: Who are the handicapped who are unable to use regular library materials and services? What level of library services is presently available to them? What special types of materials and equipment are required for quality services? What are some of the better techniques to use in serving the handicapped? Cost of the service, reading interests of the handicapped and staffing problems are among the other matters discussed. (NH)
