The components of the program are: (1) "Empleen Ingles" Television Video Tapes; (2) School of Education--University of California; (3) Proteus (Adult Education Center, Visalia, California); (4) MAPAR, McMinnville, Oregon; (5) Chandler Career Center; (6) Micro-Teaching Protocols; (7) Model Cities; (8) College of Education, University of Arizona--Resource Person; (9) Mobile Unit; (10) Materials Library; (11) Dissemination; (12) SWCEL Clearinghouse; (13) Steering Committee; (14) Human Resource Center; (15) Video Tape Reproduction; and (16) Coordination and Supervision.
