Information Center holdings, library maintenance, and reference and referral resources are described, followed by procedures pertaining to identification of and response to information requests. The first appendix contains 17 sample forms used in the center; the second appendix consists of 17 form letters used; the third appendix is the Users Manual ERIC/DIALOG Online Retrieval System as revised in August of 1971; and the fourth appendix lists detailed procedures for miscellaneous activities not directly covered earlier.
