The catalog also covers various programs, activities, and services that can be requested or applied for by State, territorial possession, county, city, other political subdivisions, grouping, or instrumentality thereof, any domestic profit or nonprofit corporation, institution, or individual (other than any agency of the Federal Government.) Listed are: (1) grants, loans, loan guarantees, scholarships, mortgage loans, and insurance, or other types of financial assistance; (2) assistance in the form of provision of Federal property, facilities, equipment, goods, or services; and (3) technical assistance, counseling, and professional training.
