The basic income units are provided for academic salaries, graduate student teaching salaries, academic support salaries, library facilities, fringe benefits, administrative expenses, maintenance expenses, and other operating expenses. In addition, an estimate of the needed increase in total provincial grants is presented and an operating formula for the support of medical education is offered for consideration. (HS)
