This document presents a review of the activities of the CPUO prior to 1966, a discussion of the highlights of developments that took place in 1966-67, and a brief review of publications of the CPUO. Discussions include the development of the Commission on Post-Secondary Education, library resources, admission to a university, teacher education, computer services, educational finance, and student concerns including aid, governance and housing.
