Based on this research, the Planners have presented this proposal that they consider to be the most advantageous women's studies program for the University of Pennsylvania. Within their proposal are discussions of women's studies within the University structure; proposed academic personnel for the program for 1973-74; governance and administration of the Department of Women's Studies; curriculum, research and graduate concerns; library facilities and materials that are available and needed; and possible outside funding for the creation of the Women's Studies Department.
