Evaluation Library Planning Library Services Objectives State Libraries State Programs Statewide Planning The Connecticut long range program presents the status of statewide library development and cooperation in Connecticut and identifies needs and resources as the basis for future library development. Secondly, the long range program sets forth the goals and objectives for the development of library services in Connecticut and in places presents various and alternative programs for achieving these goals and objectives. Thirdly, this long range program provides for evaluation in the implementation and evaluation of the program on a continuing basis. Annual revisions will be incorporated as part of the Annual Program for each fiscal year.
