Evaluation Library Planning Library Services Objectives State Libraries State Programs Statewide Planning Chapter I of the Kansas Long Range Plan consists of the introduction. Chapter II examines the context of each goal of the program, studying the needs of Kansans for library service. The goals, objectives, tasks, and evaluation are presented in Chapter III. The financial statement is given in Chapter IV. Chapter V consists of the criteria, policies, and procedures for administration of the library services and construction act funds. The appendices contain information on the population of Kansas and the library facilities in the state.
