The original objectives are given along with implementation plan, evaluation method, data, and data analysis. Among these objectives were: to increase interest and understanding in intercultural affairs; to improve attitudes toward members of other cultures; to develop an interdisciplinary approach and materials for the world cultures course; and to provide contact with people of other cultures. Project outcomes and implications included: development of materials for a senior high cultures course; measurement of attitude change; initiation of a curriculum library; refinement of a curriculum development model; continuation of the use of resource people; and creation of a similar course at the junior high level. The shortcomings, materials developed for the project, and dissemination activities are listed. A discussion of the future of the project is followed by an appendix containing sample lesson plans and evaluation devices. A related document is ED 073 999. (KSM)
