For each area, detailed information is given about the works of the Council conducted through directly administered programs as well as grants and contracts with other organizations and individuals. Brief descriptions of the projects and the amounts of grants and contracts are listed in each section of the area. In addition, the report presents the background, membership, and financial statements of the Council. (CH)
