These proceedings contain the reports of the various commissions and committees (graduate, undergraduate, junior college, library, and president). The three addresses to the general session and the papers presented at the regional meetings included topics such as: competency-based curriculum, collective bargaining and tenure, evaluation of music teaching, faculty evaluation, performance instruction in studio, and music libraries.
