- Reflections on Library Service to the Disadvantaged. Jones, Clara S. Community Services Disadvantaged Information Centers Information Needs Information Services Library Services Outreach Programs Public Libraries Referral Speeches Urban public libraries are confronted with a decreasing demand for traditional, book-oriented library services.
