Only those publications commonly known as journals are included except for the annuals, irregular serials, and monographic series which are indexed in either the "Current Index to Journals in Education" (CIJE) or "Education Index." Titles conform to the standards established in the "Union List of Serials" and "New Serial Titles." Those libraries owning a particular journal are listed together with information on the extent of holdings and specific missing volumes. Interlibrary loan and photocopying policies for each library are indicated. (DGC)
