Some of the suggested techniques for documentation include: describing the composition of a task force, listing community resources used during a specific period of time, preparing a master schedule of classes, compiling sample student record folders, listing materials used for reading instruction, briefly describing the method of determining students' instructional reading levels, describing prescriptive procedures used for instruction, describing flexible grouping plans used in schools, preparing a master schedule of courses, outlining goals and objectives of the curriculum, describing library policies, making available a place where the public can be made aware of data, outlining a plan for staff development, and making a brief statement of training plans.
