Evaluation methods included: (1) a survey of user and nonuser characteristics and attitudes concerning library services; (2) a survey of the needs and information-seeking behavior of people who visited the library; and (3) an analysis of the resources of the library, services offered by library personnel, and in-house user of materials, equipment, and facilities by children and adults. Recommendations for improvement of services to the community are included in the report together with sample questionnaires and data collection forms. (DGC)
