Ways of collecting, processing, and reviewing information are suggested. Outreach and public relations activities are discussed, and descriptions of I&R services at demonstration libraries are provided. Appendixes contain I&R subject headings, sample I&R subject file and resource cards, and sample data collection and community contact forms. (LS) |
