These areas include cable television; public relations; cooperative programs; interlibrary loans; information needs and access; the role of the Commission and the federal government; information systems and networks; automation; library manpower; copyright; library education; media and audiovisual materials; facilities; standards; national and regional centers; library research; information and referral programs; and services to the unreached, the handicapped, senior citizens, minorities, rural populations, and children.
