Fifty-eight data bases accessed by Wisconsin libraries are listed alphabetically. Included in the descriptions are the name of the data base, its subject coverage, its availability, the year it began, the frequency of update, the current size of the file, the name of the printed equivalent, the thesaurus used, sources of information contained in the data base, the ways in which the data base can be searched, the persons to contact for additional information, and names of institutions through which the data base is available. Two other lists are provided: an alphabetical list of institutions accessing data bases in Wisconsin, and a general subject index to the data bases. The survey instrument is appended. (Author/LS)
