Described are CLR-supported activities in five major areas: (1) automation, networks, and national library services; (2) professional development for librarians; (3) library management and administration; (4) book and paper preservation and microform technology; and (5) improving services to users. A summary of CLR-supported projects is given in tabular form, organized alphabetically by organizations. The report also includes lists of members, committees, officers, staff, and publications as well as background information and financial statements. (LS)
