To determine what materials will be listed in this computer-based system, materials are identified by users and then evaluated by a panel of experts in the field. The evaluation considers content, instructional deisgn, and technical quality. Acceptable materials are abstracted, indexed, and made available to search through MEDLINE terminals. (EMH) |
