Using a case history approach, factors were identified to be used in composing a matrix of parameters and variables for the user to apply in selecting between competing services of this type. The matrix approach was selected because of the varying importance of quantitative, qualitative, and business judgement factors to different types of decision maker. (Author/PF) |
