Equipment was purchased and made available to the community, story hours were established, and systematic transportation provided to and from weekly library group activities. Evaluative testing was conducted. This report lists the objectives of the program, actions taken, problems encountered, and corrections planned. An orientation booklet for parents of preschool children is included. (EMH)
