The information on government deals with administrative personnel, committees, and general organization. Policies and practices are outlined with regard to rights and responsibilities, academic definitions and designations, professional status, compensation, benefits, charitable giving, travel, credit union, and insurance. The section on student relations covers admission, student records, registration and program changes, grading, final examinations, counseling, degree requirements, and student and career employment. Library, computer, and other university services are described. Separate appendices are included on the faculty constitution and bylaws, conflict of interest, patent policy, and other regulations.
