The papers included cover various aspects of labor relations: collective bargaining and the professional, defining a bargaining unit, union and management postures and attitudes, library working conditions, the nature of a collective agreement, and negotiating an agreement from both the management's and the bargaining unit's perspective. A copy of the Hamilton, Ontario, collective bargaining agreement is included, along with a discussion of its administration.
