This required the improved decision-making processes of a Library Management Information System (LMIS) to provide systematic information analysis. An information flow model was created, and an extensive system was set up to collect data both manually and through the use of computerized systems. The ongoing system will provide data on use, circulation, traffic patterns, interlibrary loans, surveys, searches, acquisitions, cataloging, and financial and business office activities. (LS)
