A yearly budget summary and data on bookmobile expenditures, equipment purchases, and construction projects are included. Tables present the allocations of state funds for library construction, personnel grants for upgrading library staffs, special service grants, and per capita grants for multi-county libraries. Projects listed for 1974-1975 include a summer reading program for children, a library intern program, 18 in-service training workshops for library personnel, and preparation of the Mississippi Union List of Periodicals.
