Management approaches to these fundamental issues can be grouped into the following general categories: (1) management of human resources, (2) administrative systems and procedures, (3) research and development, and (4) organizational change. A definition is provided for each management category, possible applications are suggested, and an annotated bibliography is provided for each category. (EMH)
