It concludes that any data base developed should focus on providing location information for the state's library materials to support patron access to available resources. The title location data base should be supplemented with a directory of specialized resources and by access to on-line and other files containing location information. Functional specifications, a program overview, and implementation plan are offered for developing and maintaining a Colorado title location file for library materials. (Author)
