Existing laws are summarized in a synoptic survey, with highlights given for each country. The laws of each country are outlined alphabetically by country with information on: (1) deposit regulations; (2) types of documents delivered; (3) obligations of delivery; (4) methods and control of delivery; and (5) problems to be solved.
