- Institution Library Perspectives. A Report on a Conference on Institution Library Services in Columbus, Ohio. Adolescents Adults Conference Reports Futures (of Society) Institutional Libraries Library Services Mental Health Programs Reading Programs Participants at the 1977 Conference on Institution Library Services reassessed a ten-year old program to develop libraries in Ohio's institutions, reinforced the concept that library services are important to institutions, and elicited input for future development. This report presents the texts of the following conference papers: (1) a report on Project READ by Janet Carsetti; (2) reports on Institutions: Future Perspectives by George F. Denton (Department of Rehabilitation and Corrections), William Willis (Ohio Youth Commission), and Timothy Moritz (Department of Mental Health, Mental Retardation); (3) Opportunities Ahead by State Librarian (Marion Correction Institution, Paul Guggenheim (Mental Health, Mental Retardation), and Crist L.
