Annual Reports Evaluation Federal Aid Information Services Library Cooperation Library Planning Library Services Public Libraries State Programs Fifteen public library programs operating within the State of Massachusetts during FY 1975, and funded through the Library Services and Construction Act, are described: radio cassette revivals for the elderly; preschool program for Spanish-speaking children; reaching nonreading children with audiovisual materials; library services to the elderly and homebound; serving people with special library needs; outreach services to the community; resource center for students and children with special needs; community activity center; materials center for children with special needs; Italian cultural center; library-based literacy program; reaching out to the elderly in Tewksbury; library service to emotionally disturbed children; and senior service. The following information is given for each program: contact person, amount of grant, objective, project description, and evaluation. Most of the program evaluations are incomplete since the projects had been in existence a year or less at the time the reports were written. (JPF)
