The report details the establishment of a resource library, the development of a parent-oriented instructional text (How to Help Your Child), identification of positive and negative aspects of testing and review of curricular material (culminating in the development of a TRAC Monitoring System) and the development of inservice programs for educators in special education. Evaluation procedures and findings, project results and implications, and factors relevant to success and shortcomings are among other areas discussed.
